Gospel Hour
04/28/09 was the last Tuesday of regular programming, and, inspired by the Skidmore Gospel Choir, I decided to transform the Jonsson basement-booth into an evangelical sanctuary. Mostly aided by a CD my dad gave me for my birthday, "Classic African-American Gospel," my playlist featured songs from as early as 1945, as well as contemporary tunes. Despite the same angry caller from last week, I thought it was an enjoyable final show. If you've got any questions about specific tracks, comment and I'll get back to you. Otherwise, I hope to play for you guys in the Fall! Thanks for listening!
